Sorry, I don’t think Miss Puerto Rico has a unique beauty, just like some westerners nothing is special . She has pretty face, but full of prickles all over. Saw the video or photos of the contestants without make up, But make up is great it could cover up all her prickles, but some are visible around her nose. I see Gazini from Philippines has unique and exotic beauty, she looks so pretty and young without make up.
