Miss Venezuela National Director Appointment: A Master Strategy by the Organisation?

A very strong rumor is running around in the pageant circuit regarding the appointment of new National Directors for Miss Venezuela contest. It says that the new National Directors of Miss Venezuela are Miss International 1985, Nina Sicilia who was the 1st Venezuelan to win the Miss International crown, Miss Universe 2013, Gabriela Isler, the 7th and most recent Venezuelan Miss Universe, and the 5th Venezuelan Miss World, Jacqueline Aguilera who won Miss World in 1995.

The winner of the Miss Venezuela will be sent to Miss Universe, 1st Runner Up to Miss World and 2nd Runner Up to Miss International respectively. Each winners will be trained specifically by their individual National Directors for their international pageants.

If this is true , it can be extremely smart strategy of Venezuela. Respective winners of the international pageant being the National Directors, in a way, will make the international pageants happy too as their representatives are being trained by their own winner. It helps in better relation as well as better preparation as the ND understands the need of their girl for her international pageant. How do you feel about this idea?.
