Cristilene Pimienta is Miss World Cabo Verde 2017
Cristilene Pimienta was selected to represent Cabo Verde at Miss World 2017. She comes from the island of São Vicente. She was crowned Miss Cabo Verde in 2016 however didn’t represent her country anywhere. The event took place under the motto “Women and Sport” at the Jotamont Academy in Mindelo. Cristilene Pimienta battled out 11 other contestants to claim the title. She succeeds Cristy Spencer as the new Miss Cabo Verde.
At the same event, Nicole da Fonseca was declared as the first runner-up, Rizia Medina and Giselaine Fortes was second runner-up while Aliziana Almeida was elected Miss Facebook.
