A fond farewell…hello to new beginnings.
With great joy, we are proud to announce that Deshauna Barber will be joining our PR Pageant Coaches’ Coaching Team as the newly created position of, Director of Strategic Motivation. Deshauna was the first National titleholder to be crowned Miss USA under the ownership of IMG/WME and she currently serves as Captain in the United States Army Reserve. Deshauna’s unique perspective on pageantry, and, having coached with PR Pageant Coaches for both her Miss District of Columbia USA win and, for Miss USA, Deshauna knows firsthand what it means to develop a winning strategy.
Here is what Deshauna has to say about joining the PR team: “I am so incredibly excited to be apart of the team that helped make my dreams come true. I could not have won Miss USA 2016 without the help of PR Pageant Coaches and their team approach to coaching methods! I was able to get interview classes, walking lessons, fitness and health plans, in addition to wardrobe styling, and, most importantly, mental preparation, supported by an entire team of talented and caring people. It is an honor to now be apart of that team with hopes to make more dreams come true for other pageant girls around the globe!” Deshauna will be attending various PR Pageant Coaches’ University training weekends throughout the year, the first one being June 10-11 in South Florida.
We know that Deshauna Barber would do a great job!
