Ariel Pearse of New Zealand wins Miss Tourism International 2016/17

Ariel Pearse
of New Zealand has won the title of Miss Tourism International 2016/17.  The finals were held at Putrajaya, Malaysia.  Ariel won over 60 contestants and succeeds Faddya Ysabel Halabi Troisi of Venezuela.  This s the first win of New Zealand in the pageant.

Ariel Pearse is a student of Ducere Business School.  She works with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Multi-Faith Center Griffith University and NHM Promotion Modeling Acting.

Miss Tourism International is a premier international pageant.  The world final of the pageant is held on New Year’s Eve and plays host to more than 60 international beauty queens from around the world.  The pageant was started in 1994.    It promote Malaysia’s tourism industry and serves as platform to educate and promote tourism and cultural exchange among the participating beauty queens.  Candice Pinto and Manasvi Mamgai are some of the popular winners of this pageant.
