Rachelle Reijnders is Miss World Netherlands 2016

Rachelle Reijnders has been chosen as Miss World Netherlands 2016.  She will represent the Netherlands at Miss World 2016, which will be held at Washington D.C. in December 2016.  Until last year, the representative of Netherlands to Miss World was chosen by Miss Nederlands pageant.  But this year a new pageant was instated.

Rachelle Reijnders is not new to the world of pageants.  She competed in Miss Nederlands in past.  She is from Oss, Netherlands.  She went to Maasland college.

Netherlands has won Miss World pageant twice.  The first win was achieved by Corine Rottschäfer in 1959.  The second win was achieved by Catharina Johanna Lodders in 1962.  After a rather dull performance for many years, Netherlands is again doing well in Miss World since few years.  They are making it to the semi-finals since 2012.  Miss World Netherlands 2013 Jacqueline Steenbeek was Miss World Sports in her year.  Last year’s Miss World Netherlands Margot Hanekamp was Top 20 finalist.

Rachelle Reijnders has a gorgeous face.  However, not much time is left for Miss World 2016 pageant to begin.  This year’s batch is exceptionally competitive and shining in a bunch of such fabulous ladies is not going to be easy for Rachelle.
