Kylie Verzosa of Philippines has won the title of Miss International 2016. She succeeds Edymar Martinez of Venezuela as the Miss International title-holder. The finals of the pageant were held today at Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan. Around 69 contestants participated in the pageant. Kylie’s victory is not a big surprise. She was TGPC’s Top choice for Miss International 2016 title as announced in the official Hot-picks. This is the 6th Miss International crown of Philippines.

1st Runner-up: Australia – Alexandra Britton
2nd Runner-up: Indonesia – Felicia Hwang
3rd Runner-up: Nicaragua – Brianny Chamorro
4th Runner-up: USA – Kaityrana Leinbach
Kylie Verzosa is 24 years old and stands 5 feet 9 inches tall. She belongs to Baguio City, Philippines. She first competed in Binibining Pilipinas 2015 and made it to the Top 15. She again competed in 2016 and won Binibining Pilipinas International 2016 title. She is a teacher and an advocate for depression and suicide awareness.
The following contestants made it to the Top 15. The only major shocker here was the exclusion of Miss Venezuela Jessica Duarte from the Top 15. She was considered to be the ultimate front-runner by many pageant gurus.
