Former Miss Universe Puerto Rico Kristhielee Caride sues Miss Universe Puerto Rico Organization for $ 3 MIllion

Kristhielee Caride sues Miss Universe Puerto Rico Organization  for a law suit of 3 Million dollars (£2.1 million) . Kristhielee who was dethroned for her bad behavior last month.The former beauty queen has sued the National director  Desiree Lowry ( former Miss Universe Puerto Rico) & PR Crown Entertainment. Antonio Sagardia who is representing Miss Lowry has refused to meet the lawyer of Miss Cardie and said that the decision taken by the organization is final. Kristhielle was crowned as Miss Universe Puerto Rico  last November where she received a crown, a week long vacation on cruise, a car & plastic surgery as promised by the organization now she has to return all the gifts and the crown back to the organization.

Dsiree Iowry the National Director has said that Caride never apologized and was having some personal issues but she assured the org that such incident won’t happen again. Later she cancelled all her appearances as she had a appointment with a doctor and refused to reschedule it. In the Lawsuit Cardie’s lawyer mention that she under went a surgery in mid February and needed rest for at least a month. Kristhielee Caride was suppose to represent Puerto Rico at the upcoming Miss Universe 2016 pageant but now her first runner-up Brenda Jiménez will be representing Puerto Rico at Miss Universe 2016 pageant. This is the first time since 1994 that  Miss Puerto Rico has been dethroned Brenda Robles was dethroned  as she was pregnant.
