Meet the Contestants of Miss Seychelles Another World 2016
12 beauties from across have been shortlisted to compete in Miss Seychelles Another World 2016 pageant which will take place on 28th May 2016. Winner of this pageant will represent Seychelles at Miss World 2016 pageant later this year. Linne Freminot Miss World Seychelles 2015 will crown her successor at the end of the event. Seychelles debuted at Miss World in the year 1969 with Sylvia Labonte, Seychelles has placed only twice at the Miss World pageant Jane Edna Straevens in 1972 edition of Miss World & in 1973 June Gouthier became the last representative from Seychelles to place at the Miss World pageant.Seychelles has hosted the Miss World pageant two times Baie Lazare in 1997 & Mahé Island in 1998. In 2012 Miss Seychelles pageant was relaunched after a hiatus of four year by the tourism board of Seychelles.
