Seneo Paige Mabengano is chosen as Miss Botswana 2015.  She is 19 years old and stands 1.73 m tall.  She is from Selebi-Phikwe and attends Limbkowking University.  30 stunning and bright women competed in the Miss Botswana 2015 pageant.  Defeating the rest 29 girls in a glittering ceremony on 29th September 2015, Seneo will now won the rights to represent Botswana in Miss World.  Seneo likes table tennis, painting, drawing and listening to music.  She was crowned by Miss Botswana 2013 Rosemary Keofitlhetse who failed to place in Miss World 2013.  Nicole Lisa Gaelebale was 1st runner-up to Seneo Paige Mabengano.  Peggy Grynberg was 2nd runner-up to Seneo.

Seneo Paige Mabengano now has the brilliant opportunity to represent Botswana at Miss World 2015 pageant that is to be held in December this year in Sanya, China.  It will be quite a challenge because this year’s edition is one of the toughest in the recent years.  Brazil is sending a bomb-shell by the name Catherine Choi who is currently said to be the front-runner for Miss World 2015 title.  Miss World America 2015 Victoria Mendoza, Femina Miss India 2015 Aditi Arya, Miss South Africa 2015 Liesl Laurie, Miss World Australia 2015 Tess Alexander, Miss Ecuador Camila Maranon, Miss France Hinarere Taputu, Miss Mexico Yamelin Ramirez, Miss Trinidad and Tobago Kimberly Farrah Singh and Miss Thailand Thunchanok Moonnilta are some of the other front-runners at the moment.

Seneo Paige Mabengano has the chance to be the first Miss World from Botswana.  The last placement of Botswana in Miss World was achieved by Miss Botswana 2011 Karabo Sampson.  The highest placement of Botswana in Miss World was achieved by Miss Botswana 2010 Emma Wareus.  She was 1st runner-up to Miss World 2010 Alexandria Mills.  She also won Miss World Africa 2010 title.  She was Top 20 in Beach Beauty, Top Model and Sports challenger events.  In Miss Universe, Botswana has placed only once and that was in 1999 when Miss Universe Botswana Mpule Kwelagobe won Miss Universe 1999 title.
