Introducing Shweta, a 29-year-old Engineer and Artist from Botad, Gujarat. Passionate about creative endeavors such as drawing, painting, singing, and mimicry, she thrives on the stage, constantly striving to elevate her skills. Despite hailing from a small town, Shweta has amassed numerous achievements, including the prestigious Bal Chitrakala Ratna Award, and has been invited to judge art competitions.
Contesting for India’s Miss TGPC Season-12 against 50 other girls from across India and beyond, Shweta is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and advocacy, all while showcasing the diversity and vibrancy of India.
TGPC: What motivated you to participate in India’s Miss TGPC?
Shweta: From college days, I want to beautify my talents, personality, and perceptions by being a good human for the whole world. For that, I want to participate in the pageant that was my dream and also many friends and especially my sister told me to try in beauty pageants.
TGPC: Why do you believe you are deserving of the India’s Miss TGPC title?
Shweta: To be the queen or a leader of any area you should have specific responsibility and qualities. I am confident and talented enough and doing social activities in my area by being a good human. So I believe I deserve this India’s Miss TGPC title.
TGPC: Looking towards the future, what are your plans, both with and without the crown?
Shweta: By participating in this pageant, if I win the crown I will try to make a difference in my society in the way that people look at and treat everyone by being a good human for this country. I want to edify & emancipate all the ladies and underprivileged people of our country. By winning the crown, I can get more attention and opportunities towards this goal. If I do not win, then this participating experience will actually help me towards possible endeavors.
TGPC: Growing up, what would you say was your biggest challenge?
Shweta: As I’m coming from a small town, I could not get that many mentors and opportunities for self-growth like others. For that, I had to work hard to build my career with enhanced skills.
TGPC: Beyond winning, what aspect of India’s Miss TGPC are you most excited about?
Shweta: India’s Miss TGPC platform will help me develop my knowledge, personality, skills, and perceptions beyond the limit; this participation experience will definitely help me for my future endeavors.
TGPC: As an aspiring winner of India’s Miss TGPC, what legacy do you aspire to leave behind?
Shweta: By winning India’s Miss TGPC, I want to be a good human for our country as well as the whole world by helping and treating them well, changing the way that people look at. I would make them more accepting of differences.
TGPC: Could you share with us the causes or issues that you are particularly passionate about, and how do you intend to utilize this platform to create an impact?
Shweta: Till today in many areas people are less educated, conservative with some differences. By participating in this pageant, I want to beautify my talents, personality, and perceptions by being a good human for the whole world. That will help to inspire all the communities. I want to edify and emancipate all the ladies and underprivileged people in an optimistic way in this country.
TGPC: Is there any message you’d like to convey to those reading this?
Shweta: Be stubborn about your goals and flexible about your methods, always believe in yourself by never giving up in your life.
