Contesting for India’s Miss TGPC Season-12 against 50 other girls from across India and beyond, Isha is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and advocacy, all while showcasing the diversity and vibrancy of India.
TGPC: Isha, what motivated you to participate in India’s Miss TGPC?
Isha: My never-ending faith in my dreams despite the failures.
TGPC: Why do you believe you are deserving of the India’s Miss TGPC title?
Isha: Winning the title is not just a dream now, it has changed with a purpose. The purpose to inspire other women to pursue their dreams that are embedded within themselves and despite any failures you face, you come out even stronger every time.
TGPC: Looking towards the future, what are your plans, both with and without the crown?
Isha: Even with or without the crown, I would never lose faith in my dreams because it does not define me as a person. I would still help other women to find themselves, their dreams, and work towards them. Winning a title would just provide me with a larger audience and my story can reach many people which would inspire them and make them take the very first step towards their own journey.

TGPC: Growing up, what would you say was your biggest challenge?
Isha: Just standing in front of a class and reading a single sentence itself was my biggest challenge, which is not a challenge anymore because of the confident person I’ve evolved to be.
TGPC: Beyond winning, what aspect of India’s Miss TGPC are you most excited about?
Isha: Being part of the journey where I can showcase my talent.
TGPC: As an aspiring winner of India’s Miss TGPC, what legacy do you aspire to leave behind?
Isha : If I can do it, you can do it too! That’s the legacy I want to leave behind.
TGPC: Could you share with us the causes or issues that you are particularly passionate about, and how do you intend to utilize this platform to create an impact?
Isha: The place where I live still doesn’t allow women to move out and live for their dreams. There is a parda system that’s being followed which restricts women to their households, and there are so many women out there who want to take the first step towards pursuing their dreams. I want to become that inspiring person who would help people like that in starting their journey, which would eventually change the game. I believe this is the best platform I could get to create that change.
TGPC: Is there any message you’d like to convey to those reading this?
Isha : Don’t ever stop dreaming. Like Dr. Abdul Kalam Sir once said, “Dreams are not what you see in your sleep, dreams are those that don’t let you sleep.”
