
Introducing Hulsita Sharma, a vibrant 22-year-old from the Pink City, Jaipur, Rajasthan. With a knack for digital design and a passion for the performing arts, she’s a multifaceted individual who thrives in creative endeavors. Armed with a degree in BCA with a specialization in Digital Design, she navigates the virtual world with ease. But her talents extend far beyond technology; she finds solace and expression in acting, exploring the depths of human emotion on stage. In her moments of leisure, you’ll often find Hulsita immersed in music, sketching, or painting, channeling her artistic energy into various outlets. Despite grappling with societal pressures and childhood self-esteem issues, Hulsita emerged victorious by cultivating inner strength and confidence.
Contesting for India’s Miss TGPC Season-12 against 50 other girls from across India and beyond, Hulsita Sharma is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and advocacy, all while showcasing the diversity and vibrancy of India.
TGPC: What motivated you to participate in India’s Miss TGPC?
I felt motivated to take part in India’s Miss TGPC for a number of reasons. First and foremost, I saw it as a test of my capabilities an d an opportunity to grow. This was because I had been through a lot of emotional instability regarding my looks while young, therefore I wanted to come out of my safe zone and cultivate self-assurance from within myself. Moreover, one thing that attracted me to India’s Miss TGPC was the fact that it had always promoted inclusiveness, empowerment, and diversity among other social values. That is what made it the right place where not only my acting interests but also my talent could be appreciated more positively as well as contributing towards these social values. My main aim on getting involved in this beauty pageant was therefore inspiring other people having similar issues and at the same time getting involved in the positive environment created by these events organized by India’s Miss TGPC, which are meant to encourage girls like us. At last, it presented me with an opportunity to showcase what made me special amidst those who upheld the cultural tenets upon which such beauty contests were based while being conspicuous under the limelight.
TGPC: Why do you believe you are deserving of the India’s Miss TGPC title?
The reason why I am eligible to be crowned India’s Miss TGPC is because I have always been keen on self-improvement and excellence in everything that I touch. Throughout my journey, resilience has been a constant companion as I have confronted each difficulty with elegance and determination. My talent and love for acting are just a small bit of what I presented during my journey so far, which is also an opportunity to assist others in any way possible. To support inclusive practices by the project office I have been actively involved in promoting a culture of acceptance and uniqueness. It would be a milestone for all the hard work and commitment that I put into it, thus pushing me more on to impact positively on the world at large.
TGPC: Looking towards the future, what are your plans, both with and without the crown?
My eyes are set on the future where I am resolved to pursue my desire for acting with unwavering determination. Crown or no crown, I want to have a thriving career as an entertainer by continuously improving on my skills and accepting different roles that push and inspire me. Moreover, I intend to use my position to change things positively through having my own branded company based on social principles. By telling stories in movies or doing impactful projects outside the film industry; I am looking forward to helping society be more open-minded and understanding of others.

TGPC: Growing up, what would you say was your biggest challenge?
The most difficult part of my childhood was conquering societal constraints and self-doubts tied to how I look. As a child, people made remarks and judgments that made me question myself and lose confidence. It was emotionally draining to have my skin color or body parts made subject of discussions every other time hence it took me long to accept myself. Nonetheless, with time, determination, and strength, I began to appreciate my own diversity and stopped measuring my worth through external beauty standards. This experience has been life-changing for me; it has helped me build the strong-willed individuality of mine who sees no limits in life anymore.
TGPC: Beyond winning, what aspect of India’s Miss TGPC are you most excited about?
Other than winning India’s Miss TGPC crown, I am very thrilled about making a difference in people’s lives through my participation in India’s Miss TGPC. This is an incredible opportunity for me to talk about how I went through all that trouble and never gave up, eventually encouraging others not to lose hope no matter what their dreams may be. I am excited at the idea of speaking out and giving others hope through my own life story, which will encourage them also to live positively and work together as one big family. Additionally, I can’t wait to connect with similar-minded people who love to change the world for the better.
TGPC: As an aspiring winner of India’s Miss TGPC, what legacy do you aspire to leave behind?
As an ambitious winner of India’s Miss TGPC, my main aim is to create a legacy focused on self-empowerment, motivation, and positive change. I do not want to be forgotten as someone who dared society in the face of societal norms by advocating for diversity and inclusivity. My expectation is that my actions and remarks can inspire individuals to accept their peculiarities and work towards their goals without relenting. As well, I would like to make a difference by way of contributing directly into important causes or even plans which support disadvantaged populations whilst cultivating changes within society. In conclusion, I desire my legacy to be that of resilience, kindness, empowerment thereby inspiring future generations towards excellence and making a mark in the world.

TGPC: Could you share with us the causes or issues that you are particularly passionate about, and how do you intend to utilize this platform to create an impact?
My father’s battle with heart disease is the reason I am deeply passionate about advocating for heart health awareness. This struggle that he has gone through made me committed to assisting others who are facing similar challenges in their lives. For this reason, therefore, I intend to use this opportunity to create a level of consciousness on cardiovascular diseases and educate people on preventive measures as well as support patients and their families. Besides, I want to champion for better accessibility of healthcare facilities and healthy choices lifestyles. It is by using this platform that I will be able to broadcast my voice more loudly, reach more people and make an indelible impression on the lives of those affected by heart problems. My aim here is however not only pursuing personal dreams but rather than use of my platform to promote causes close to my heart that will impact positively into the society around me.
TGPC: Is there any message you’d like to convey to those reading this?
Dear readers, I would like to tell you something very simple yet extremely important: do not underestimate the power that is within you. We all have the ability to overcome anything in our lives. Accept yourself for who you are and understand how important you are. For each difficulty is a chance to grow while every loss is an opportunity for victory.
