Ambitious and driven, 20-year-old Kajal Pankaj Ghodke from Nashik, Maharashtra, thrives on challenges and uses them to set goals that propel her forward. Never one to settle, Kajal is constantly seeking opportunities to excel and make a positive impact. Contesting for India’s Miss TGPC Season-12 against 50 other girls from across India and beyond, Kajal is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and advocacy, all while showcasing the diversity and vibrancy of India.
TGPC: Kajal, what motivated you to participate in India’s Miss TGPC?
Kajal Pankaj Ghodke: My purpose for entering this pageant is to gain more confidence, influence young people who lack the confidence to show their true selves, and most importantly, to be a role model for my fellow youth. By showing our flaws and imperfections, we can build confidence and inspire others to face challenges.
TGPC: Why do you believe you are deserving of the India’s Miss TGPC title?
Kajal Pankaj Ghodke: In the future, I believe I will deserve to win the India’s Miss TGPC title because I will have dedicated myself wholeheartedly to this journey. I will work tirelessly to hone my skills, embrace challenges with resilience, and remain committed to making a positive impact. My passion, determination, and authenticity will set me apart, and I will be ready to use this platform to inspire others and effect meaningful change.
TGPC: Looking towards the future, what are your plans, both with and without the crown?
Kajal: My plan for the future, crowned or not, remains simple: to make a difference. With the crown, I’ll leverage the platform to amplify my voice for causes close to my heart. Without it, I’ll continue to strive for positive change, spreading kindness and leaving a mark of compassion wherever I go.
TGPC: Growing up, what would you say was your biggest challenge?
Kajal: Being a single child, I faced criticism from many who doubted my ability to take care of my parents or support them financially and emotionally. But my parents were my unwavering support system. They always stood by me and instilled faith in my abilities. Today, I stand here, making them proud and achieving my dreams!
TGPC: Beyond winning, what aspect of India’s Miss TGPC are you most excited about?
Kajal: Beyond winning, what truly excites me about India’s Miss TGPC is the prospect of forming genuine connections and sharing heartfelt moments with fellow contestants. I look forward to the chance to inspire and be inspired, to support one another’s dreams, and to create memories that will last a lifetime. This journey isn’t just about a crown; it’s about the bonds we’ll forge and the impact we’ll make together.
TGPC: As an aspiring winner of India’s Miss TGPC, what legacy do you aspire to leave behind?
Kajal: Winning India’s Miss TGPC is more than a crown or a title for me; it’s about creating a lasting impact. My legacy will be one of authenticity, resilience, and compassion. I aspire to use this platform to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and redefine beauty standards. Beyond the glitz and glamour, I want to be remembered for my dedication to empowering others, particularly young women, to embrace their uniqueness and pursue their passions fearlessly. I hope to leave behind a legacy of positivity, kindness, and inclusivity that inspires others to dream big and make a difference in the world.
TGPC: Could you share with us the causes or issues that you are particularly passionate about, and how do you intend to utilize this platform to create an impact?
Kajal: Animal protection is my passion. This cause ignited within me when I witnessed a helpless stray dog dying in front of my eyes. Animal cruelty is a growing problem, often overlooked. Let’s change this and ensure they can live peaceful lives too!
TGPC: Is there any message you’d like to convey to those reading this?
Kajal: In this moment, I want to share with you the profound truth that you are enough, just as you are. You possess within you a unique blend of talents, experiences, and strengths that make you irreplaceable. Embrace your authenticity and honor the journey that has brought you to this point.
