Introducing Arzoo Rathi, an 18-year-old from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Arzoo is a true reflection of her name, radiating enthusiasm for new experiences. She finds solace in reading books and listening to music, which serves as her peace and comfort. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree, she embodies a spirit of exploration and growth.

Arzoo Rathi joins the illustrious India’s Miss TGPC Season-12, competing against 50 other contestants from various corners of India and beyond. Let’s delve into her motivations and aspirations:

TGPC: What motivated you to participate in India’s Miss TGPC?

Arzoo: The guidance and mentorship we get and the way they treat each and every contestant like their daughters help them in every step before and after the journey, enhancing their personality and making them the better version of themselves. Participation will help me build self-confidence and improve my public speaking skills. Moreover, the pageant sisterhood is a great support system.

TGPC: Why do you believe you are deserving of the India’s Miss TGPC title?

Arzoo: “A man who is master of patience is master of everything else.” That is the quality I have adopted from the past 1 year. Do whatever your heart says, never think that you’re not capable enough to do it. Give it a try and do your best because everything is not about winning; sometimes it’s about learning new things and how you use them in real life to create an impact.

TGPC: Looking towards the future, what are your plans, both with and without the crown?

Arzoo: Last year, my mom introduced me to “special children.” When I first saw them, I was like, how they are so happy and beautiful even though they have disorders which cannot be cured. From that day, I have decided I will make their life easy and wonderful.

TGPC: Growing up, what would you say was your biggest challenge?

Arzoo: Running after perfection is my biggest regret in life because there is nothing called perfection. It’s all delusion. Because I wanted to look beautiful, my classmates used to make fun of my nose. They used to say that you have a long nose. That had a great impact on my heart. I started avoiding talking or engaging in social activity. That was such a blow to my self-esteem.

TGPC: Beyond winning, what aspect of India’s Miss TGPC are you most excited about?

Arzoo: I am excited for all the activities that occur during the journey like grooming sessions, ramp walk, ethnic wear round, etc. I am thrilled to explore the new version of myself after this magnificent journey.

TGPC: As an aspiring winner of India’s Miss TGPC, what legacy do you aspire to leave behind?

Arzoo: “Sometimes we strive so hard for perfection that we forgot imperfection is happiness.” This is something I have realized too late in my life. What we see on social media is not always true. There might be a different story behind the camera. So always give your best version rather than making everything perfect. I think this is what I leave behind as a legacy.

TGPC: Could you share with us the causes or issues that you are particularly passionate about, and how do you intend to utilize this platform to create an impact?

Arzoo: I am very passionate about raising my voice for “special children.” Introduce them to society that such kind people exist in our world and how to treat them with care and love. I want to change the society’s perspective that they do not have to change themselves for society but we all have to accept them just the way they are and create a loving and caring society for them.

TGPC: Is there any message you’d like to convey to those reading this?

Arzoo: I just want to say that be healthy, happy, and enjoy each and every moment of your life. Love yourself and cherish yourself. Work on yourself to become the better version. Most importantly, believe in your dreams and yourself, aim and work hard for it. No matter how small or big your dream is.
