The Best Ones

She came she saw and she conquered. Bryce Armstrong delivered a strong performance at both the evening gown and swimsuit segments. Despite the odds being against her, she shined throughout the contest especially in this champagne colored body-hugging column gown by Sherri Hill. Everything about this look was top notch by wearing her hair up she gave this look a classy and no pageanty look

A hot favorite for the crown this Colombian beauty didn’t disappoint with the choice of her gown. This navy blue sheer gown that featured beautiful beading looked stunning against her caramel skin tone

Contestants usually avoid wearing green because it is a tricky color to work with but Miss South Carolina looked stunning in this emerald green gown and delivered one of the best evening gown performances of the night.

They say the devil is in the details and Miss Mississippi’s column gown which featured a turquoise beading and cape stood out from the rest for its sheer detailing and drama.

This gown in motion is so stunning. The color the fitting and styling were on point for Miss Tennessee but I feel she could have played more with her side train to create some drama on stage and elevate her performance but none the less she did a decent job.
The Bad Ones

There were too many similar yellow gowns that we have seen in the past few editions. Genesis was one of the contenders but with this tulle concussion and “I am going to audition at RuPaul’s drag race” hairstyle she somehow managed to ruin her chances.

This is just a really bad and ill-fitted version of Jessica Biel’s Elie Saab gown that she had worn at Golden Globes 2017.

What she lacks in height she makes up with her beauty. We get it that usually shorter girls prefer ball gowns despite being a decent gown it simply didn’t do any good for her. In fact, it felt like they both crossed each other out.

While the stunning Miss Ohio was walking down the runway the commentators were saying that she wants to restore the old American building to their full glory. The first thing that came to my mind was gosh I wish the designer of the dress was as committed to making the gown top notch.

Can they make a rule to stop using this pattern for at least 10 years? We are just simply tired of seeing such gowns every year. Miss Kentucky and other contestants deserve a better gown.
