Lezly Diaz wins Miss Grand Mexico 2018

Miss Jalisco 2017, Lezly Diaz was crowned as Miss Grand Mexico 2018 at the semi-finals of Miss Mexico 2018. Lezly will represent Mexico at the Miss Grand International 2018 pageant which will take place in the month of October in Myanmar. Where Lezly will try to succeed Peru’s Maria Jose Lora as the next Miss Grand International.  The grand finale of Miss Mexico 2018 will take place today i.e Saturday, 5th of May, 2018 at Hermosillo, Sonora. Where Andrea Meza, Miss World 2017 first runner-up will crown her successor.

Since the inception of Miss Grand International pageant in the year 2013, Mexico is yet to win their first crown and also make it to the final 5. Aracely Azar made in 2015 and Yoana Gutiérrez in 2017 made it to the top 20.
