Natalia Carvajal Sanchez crowned as Miss Costa Rica 2018

Natalia Carvajal Sanchez was crowned as the winner of Miss Costa Rica 2018. She will now represent Costa Rica at Miss Universe 2018. Natalia battled out 9 other contestants to claim the title. She succeeds Elena Correa Usuga as the new Miss Costa Rica.  Natalia previously competed at Miss Eco Universe 2016 and had won the contest.

At the same event, Larissa Sancho Chaves was declared as the first runner up while Raquel Castro was declared as the second runner up. The pageant was judged by Adriana Chaves, Daniel del Barco, Laura Segura, Christian Herrera and Joaquín Yglesias.
