Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia wins The Tiara Queen by TGPC for February 2018 batch

Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia was declared as the winner of the 9th edition of ‘The Tiara Queen’ by TGPC on 21st February 2018. The finale was held at The Tiara Institute, Pune. Nimrit battled out 9 other contestants to claim the stunning green diamond crown. Interestingly, the batch also had past 2 winners of The Tiara Queen by TGPC- Shivani Jadhav and Gayatri Bhardwaj. The batch also consisted of girls trained by India’s No. 1 Pageant Guru Ritika Ramtri during the one month course of February batch. She succeeds Anshika Singh as the new ‘The Tiara Queen’ by TGPC. The finale of the pageant was judged by Dr. Nidha Khateeb from Dentokrafft.

At the same event, Deeksha Kumar was declared as the first runner-up while Raina Raonta was declared as the second runner-up. Shivani Jadhav and Gayatri Bhardwaj were jointly declared as the third runners-up while Akanksha Acharya was crowned as 5th runner-up of the event.
Gayatri Bhardwaj was crowned as the winner of Best in Cocktail Wear Subtitle while, Shivani Jadhav and Nimrit jointly shared the subtitle of Best in Evening Gown wear. Deeksha Kumar was crowned as the winner of Miss Fasionista by Rite fit at the same event.

Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia is 23 years old beauty standing 5’7″ tall. She is in final years of BA LLB at Army Institute of Law, Mohali. She is also one of the Campus Princess finalists. She is extremely passionate about Theatre and have been pursuing the same for over 15 years now; she has performed at Kamani and LTG Auditoriums in New Delhi. She also loves swimming during her free time. One being asked how she felt winning the title of The Tiara Queen by TGPC, she replied, “I was extremely fortunate to be a part of a batch which had past TGPC queens, simply because it always kept me on my toes to prove myself. For me, it was extremely simple, I had no other option but to win the coveted title. That was what I had come for and I had told myself that no matter what, I can’t go home without it. The entire experience was extremely enriching. I still remember how I had tears in my eyes when my name was announced. I feel privileged to be a part of the family now. And all I can say is, whenever you feel like giving up, just ask yourself, “how badly do you want it?” Courage and success will come your way.” Nimrit aspires to represent India at Miss World in coming years.
