Miss Slovensko 2018 Meet the Contestants

Miss Slovensko 2018 will be the 23rd edition of the pageant. Grand finale of the pageant will take place on Saturday, April 28th at Bratislava. 12 beauties from across Slovakia will compete for the prestigious title. Hanka Zavodna, Miss Slovensko 2017 will crown her successor at the end of the pageant. Winner of the pageant will represent Slovakia at the Miss World 2018 pageant in China later this year where she will try to succeed India’s Manushi Chhillar as the next Miss World. Whereas the first runner-up will represent Slovakia at Miss International 2018 and second runner-up will represent Slovakia at Miss Supranational 2018. Winner of this Miss Slovensko 2018 will get a brand new Hyundai Kona and a trip for 2 to Oman. The pageant will be broadcasted live on V JOJ.

Miss Slovensko is the oldest and most prestigious beauty pageant in Slovakia. The pageant was first conducted in 1993. Slovakia has placed only twice at the pageant courtesy of Karolína Chomisteková in 2013 and Kristína Činčurová in 2016 both managed to place in top 20. Michaela Strahlová in 2000 & Petra Varaliová in 2017 are the only two delegates from Slovakia to have placed at the Miss International pageant.
