Aimee Caroline Nseke defeated 24 other contestants to bag the title of Miss Cameroun 2018 . Grand finale of Miss Cameroun 2018 took place on Saturday 30th December 2017 at Congress Palace of Yaounde. Aimee was crowned by the first lady of Cameroon Mrs Chantal Biya. Aimee succeeds Michelle Angel Minkata. Aimee will represent her country Cameroon at the Miss World 2018 pageant later this year where she will compete to succeed India’s Manushi Chhillar  as the next Miss World. During the 4 hour long grand finale Mercy Joyce Ashu Arrah was crowned as the first runner-up where as Angue Evina Vicky bagged the second runner-up crown,third runner-up crown went to Beatrice Doudou. The fourth and the fifth runner-up title went to Lucie Johanna Eyike Nemi and Louise Mileine Essangui Mack respectively. Cameroon debuted at the Miss World pageant in the year 2002 and it is yet to bag a semi-finals spot.

22-year-old Aimee from Yaounde is a student of Economic Law at a university in Switzerland. Aimee is committed to fight blindness especially among the albinos. Aimee won Miss Cameroon Switzerland 2016. Aimee is reportedly the sister of Swiss football player Breel Donald Embolo.
