Miss Venezuela 2017 Contestants Pay tribute to the Miss Universe winners from Venezuela

Venezuela is the only superpower country in pageant world producing several international beauty queens in shortest time. The Miss Venezuela Organization has mastered the art of grooming and packaging their delegates like no one else. This year Miss Venezuela pageant celebrates it’s 65th anniversary so the Miss Venezuela 2017 Contestants paid tribute to the Miss Universe winners from Venezuela, to celebrate their glorious reign through out the history.

Venezuela has produced a whopping 7 winners till date second only the USA. Maritza Sayalero was the first winner from Venezuela she won Miss Universe in 1979, in 1981 Irene Sáez became second Venezuelan to win the coveted title. The third crown for Venezuela came in 1986 courtesy of Bárbara Palacios. Venezuela’s Alicia Machado won in 1996. Venezuela became the first ever country at the Miss Universe pageant to achieve Back 2 back win in 2008 & 2009 via Dayana Mendoza & Stefania Fernandez the last crown for Venezuela came in 2013 when Maria Gabriella Isler stunned the experts and won the Miss Universe crown.
