Nguyen Thi Loan is appointed as Miss Universe Vietnam 2017. She will represent Vietnam at Miss Universe 2017 next month in Las Vegas and succeeds Đặng Thị Lệ Hằng as Miss Universe Vietnam.
27 years old Nguyen Thi Loan from Ho Chi Minh city stands 5 ft 9 in tall Nguyen has a lot of pageant experience. She was Top 5 in Miss Vietnam 2010. Then she was 2nd runner-up in Miss Vietnam Ethnic 2013. She was Top 25 in Miss World 2014 and Top 5 in Miss Universe Vietnam 2016. She was Top 20 at Miss Grand International 2016.
