Judelsia Bache from Luanda has been appointed as Miss World Angola 2017. She will represent Angola at Miss World 2017 after absence of 3 years. Kilamba-based beauty queen will compete with 120+ contestants from all around for world to win the prestigious title of Miss World 2017, succeeding Stephanie Del Valle of Puerto Rico.

Angola has been participating in Miss World since late 1990s. However, they have done exceptionally well for three years in a row starting with 2006. For all three years, the representatives of the country made it to the last round of the competition. In 2007, Miss World Angola Micaela Reis finished as the first runner-up. However, after 2008 there has been no succees for Angolan beauties. Will Judelsia Bache break the chain of failures?
