Laura Lehmann was recently crowned as the winner of Miss World Philippines 2017. She battled out 34 other contestants to claim this title. Laura was a runner-up at previous edition of the Bb. Pilipinas. The finale of the event was held at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City where Laura Lehmann was crowned by the outgoing queen Catriona Gray. She will now represent her country at Miss World 2017 later this year in China.

At the same event Teresita Ssen “Winwyn” Marquez was crowned as the winner of title Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas 2017. She will compete at the 2017 Reina Hispanoamericana pageant in Bolivia in November. While, Cynthia Thomalla from Cebu was crowned as the winner of Miss Eco Philippines 2017 crown. She will represent the country at the 2018 Miss Eco International pageant in Egypt. Sofia Senoron was crowned as the winner of Multinational Philippines 2017 who will now compete at Miss Multinational pageant to be held in India later on. Glyssa Perez and Zara Carbonell were declared as the first and second runner-up of the pageant.

Top 10 finalists:  Shiela Reyes, Jona Sweett, Cristina Coloma and Janela Cuaton.

Top 15 finalists: Ella Lubag, Gabriela Ortega, KC Cajandig, Chelsea Manalo and Noelle Uy-Tuazon.

Laura Lehmann is a perfect balance of facial charm yet the smartness of brain. Having experienced the pageant before at Bb. Pilipinas, Laura came with a killer strategy which worked in her favour which shows she is smart enough to play her card well. Moreover, she was one of the crowd’s favourite already which will help her boost her morale during the Miss World contest by the virtue of getting support from her nation’s public. We feel she will certainly make it to the top Top 5 at the moment. Winning or not, it can be estimated only once we see all the delegates together. How do you feel?

    Another thing is Julia Morley really looking after a true miss world representtative not for sponsorship

  2. This was her first time to join Miss World Philippines. She joined Binibining Pilipinas in 2014 and was the 1st runner-up. Please correct your article.
