April Tobie crowned as Miss Universe Honduras 2017

April Tobie was crowned as the winner of Miss Universe Honduras 2017 title. The finale of the contest was held at Auditorium Jorge Emilio Jaar, USAP, Honduras. April is 21 years old and stands 5’11” tall. She will now represent Honduras at Miss Universe 2017 later this year. She battled out 19 other delegates to claim the title. April Tobie succeeds Sirey Moran as the new Miss Universe Honduras.

At the same event, Olga Avila was declared as the first runner-up and Shirle Calix was declared as the second runner-up. While Cecilia Amador and Scarleth Contreras were declared as the third and fourth runners up.

Honduras has never won the title of Miss Universe. In fact the country is yet to find its first placement. This year, April Tobie shall make an attempt to get her country the first ever placement. Do you think its possible? Do share us your views in comment section below.
