Farahnaaz Margaret crowned Miss Tropical Beauties Suriname 2017
On 5th July coronation night, Farahnaaz Margaret was crowned as Miss Tropical Beauties Suriname 2017 at KKF Beursterrein, Kernkampweg, Paramaribo. This beauty queen hails from the capital city, Paramaribo, Suriname. Farahnaaz succeeded Jaleesa Pigot as the new Miss Tropical Beauties Suriname. She will now officially represent her country, Suriname at the upcoming Miss Supranational pageant in Poland.

Farahnaaz Margaret is a student from the Suriname College of Accountancy. She completed her high school from VWO 4. She can speak four languages. And she is now enjoying her media tour as the reigning queen. She also loves horse riding and treats them like her best friend.
Suriname has never won the Miss Supranational crown before. The closest it could reach was last year when Jaleesa Pigot won the 2nd Runner Up spot at Miss Supranational 2016.
