Miss Universe 2017 will be the 66th edition of the pageant. Grand finale of Miss Universe 2017 will take place on Sunday, November 26 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Iris Mittenaere, Miss Universe 2016 from France will crown her successor at the end of the pageant. 80+ countries are expected to join the pageant. Miss Universe winner travels around the globe promoting the Miss Universe Organization alongside various brands and charities that they are associated with it. Miss Universe winner gets to stay in New York with the reigning Miss USA & Miss Teen USA winner.
