Rohit Jakhar from the Indian state of Haryana was proclaimed the winner of Rubaru Mister India 2017 at the grand finale of this prestigious event held on February 25, 2017 at the Royal Castle in Gurugram, Haryana. The competition was participated by 35 of the most handsome and charming men of India where this very charming Indian model was awarded with the prestigious title of Rubaru Mister India Universal Ambassador 2017. Rubaru Mister India contest is the biggest and one of the oldest surviving modelling competitions for men in India. It is produced by the Rubaru Group established by Indian entrepreneur, Sandeep Kumar in the mid-2000s. Apart from organizing the Mister India contest, the Rubaru Group also supports various causes in India. One of the main causes that the organization works for is “women empowerment”.
