Meet Miss South Africa 2017 Semi Finalists!!!

26 stunning South African beauties were shortlisted from a group of quarter-finalist via public voting. Now the fans will vote for the top 12 contestants via SMS. Winner of Miss South Africa 2017 will represent the Republic of South Africa at Miss World and Miss Universe 2017 pageants. If for any reason the new winner fails to qualify for any of the said pageant her runner-up will be appointed as the South African representative. The grand finale will take place in the month of march in Sun City where Ntandoyenkosi Kunene, Miss South Africa 2016 will crown her successor.

South Africa is pageant powerhouse of Africa they have won 3 Miss World crowns Penelope Anne Coelen (1958) Anneline Kriel (1974) and Rolene Strauss who won Miss World in 2014.South Africa has hosted Miss World on multiple occasions. South Africa has won Miss Universe crown in the year 1978 Margaret Gardiner represented South Africa at Miss Universe 1978.
