Nishita Purandare wins People’s Choice Award at Indian Princess 2016

We have been more than overwhelmed by the response that we have got to the “TGPC Peoples’ Choice Award” for Indian Princess 2016.  In a short span, we received thousands of votes for girls through their family, friends and fans across India.  The enthusiasm of the voters was also visible in the comments that we received and through their messages.  The results of the poll were constantly available and as we all noticed, it was never a single-person’s game.  There is was a tough tug of ware between to strong contender, Nishita Purandare and Deesha Mamman, but in the end Nishita claimed the title of ‘TGPC’s People Choice Award’ for Indian Princess 2016 just by whiskers. Deesha lagged behind by 50 points from winning the title.

Nishita is a student and comes from the state of Maharashtra. In the same voting poll, Sonali Bhalerao stood 3rd, Pooja Shetty stood 4th and Damanpreet Brar stood 5th. We must say there was always a point when one girl was leading and suddenly other used to take over, but in the end Nishita now has a reason to relax and be happy while taking the sash of People’s Choice Award at the finale tonight in Dubai.
