Ida Ovmar is Miss Universe Sweden 2016

Ida Ovmar was crowned as the winner of Miss Universe Sweden 2016 during the pageant held last night. This stunning beauty is 20 years old and hails from Lulea. She is reigning Miss Continents 2016 and also a Top 20 placer at Miss Supranational 2014, where she also won Best Body subtitle. She will now represent Sweden in Miss Universe 2016. Ida Ovmar succeeds Paulina Brodd as the new Miss Universe Sweden.

At the same event, Cloie Syquia Skarne, 22 from Stockholm was crowned as Miss Earth Sweden 2016. She will represent Sweden in Miss Earth 2016 to be held in October. Clara Langsjo, 21 from Södertälje was crowned as Miss International Sweden 2016. She will compete in Miss International 2016 in Tokyo, Japan. Petra Svanberg was named Miss Bikini Sweden 2016 while Kim Nygren finished 1st runner-up.

Chances of Ida Ovmar at Miss Universe 2016

Since Ida Ovmar is already a pageant veteran, it is expected that she will ace the performance rounds at Miss Universe. She is also expected to do good at Swimsuit round. However, her facial beauty may not be something that can help her standout in the bevy of beauties until and unless she has that attitude to compensate that. As of now, we see her placing maximum in Top 15. We will wait for the pageant to begin to see her transformation.
