Tatiana Kumar of Kuala Lumpur has been chosen as Miss World Malaysia 2016.  She will represent Malaysia at Miss World 2016, which will be held in the United States of America in December 2016.  She succeeds Brynn Zalina Lovett as Miss World Malaysia titleholder.

Tatiana is 18.  Her height is 176 cm.  Her mother is French and her father is Malaysian Indian.  Tatiana has studied French since childhood.  Now she studies at a French International school.

Malaysia is yet to win Miss World title.  However, the girls from the country have shown good performances number of times.  The country has placed 7 times in total.  The highest placement of Malaysia in Miss World was achieved by Lina Teoh Pick Lim, Miss World Malaysia 1998.  She was 2nd runner-up to Linor Abargil of Israel.  Will Tatiana Kumar place high in Miss World 2016?
