Erika Creque crowned as Miss British Virgin Islands 2016

Erika Creque was crowned as the winner of Miss British Virgin Islands 2016. The finale of the contest was held at at the Multipurpose Complex. She will now represent British Virgin Islands at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant. Erika Creque succeeds Adorya Baly as new Miss British Virgin Islands.

At the same event, Reba Thomas was declared as the first runner-up. Erika Creque also won multiple sub-contests like Best Cultural Costume, Best Evening Wear, Most Photogenic, Most Poised, Best BVI Promotion, Best Swimwear, and Best Talent. Reba Thomas won Miss Intellect and Miny Paul won Miss Congeniality. Lakiesha Claxton won the People’s Choice Award.

Erika Creque’s chances at Miss Universe 2016

British Virgin Islands has never won a Miss Universe crown before.  In fact the country has been very unlucky in even getting placements most of the time. This year also it might just be difficult until and unless Erika has mesmerising personality to impress the new Organisation at Miss Universe and the closed door interview judges.  Do you think Erika has what it takes to be the new Miss Universe?
