Adcharee Buakhiao has been chosen as Miss Earth Thailand 2016.  She is 1st Runner-up to Chalita Suansane, the winner of Miss Universe Thailand 2016 title.  Adcharee Buakhiao succeeds Chavika Watrsang as Miss Earth Thailand.

This 20 years old beauty is from Chiang Mai.  She is 5 feet 8 inches tall.  She won three subtitles in the pageant – Miss Smile, Miss Digital Girl and Miss Colorful Life.

Thailand has a rich record at Miss Earth pageant.  The country is participating in Miss Earth since it’s inception.  The first placement of the country was achieved in 2004 by Radchadawan Khampeng.  Thailand has placed in 2004, 2007-2011, 2013-2014.  The highest placement of the country has been Miss Earth Water and has been achieved twice – in 2012 by Waratthaya Wongchayaporn and in 2013 by Punika Kulsoontornrut.  Last year’s delegate Chavika was considered one of the front-runners but it was a shock to many when she could not enter the Top 16.  Hopes will be high from  Adcharee Buakhiao this year.

Adcharee is tall, lean and has a contagious smile.  Her stage presence and ramp-skills are strong.  Girls from Thailand are well-prepared and the sash is one of the strong ones.  Hence we consider her as one of the strong girls.  For now, we would put her in our Top 16.
