Ex-Miss India calls ‘Femina Miss India’ finale a copy of an award show.
In a recent interview with TKOP, Miss India World 2001, Sara Corner mentioned that Femina Miss India has now been turned into an award show, more of like Filmfare [Note: Filmfare and Femina Miss India both are organised by Times Group]. We certainly agree to her as we have mentioned this in our post ‘Femina Miss India 2015: 2 Minutes of Silence‘ where the show was everything but the pageant. It is to be noted that Miss India finale is attended by the owner of Miss World herself, Julia Morley who goes through all the ‘Masala and Drama’ of the show, we are not sure if she can digest this. This is what she said exactly in her interview taken by Vagisha Mishra and Shinata Sangha.
