Pooja Priyanka crowned Miss World- Fiji 2016 !!!
24-year-old Pooja Priyanka who represented Ba province defeated 09 other contestants to bag the title of Miss World-Fiji 2016. The grand finale took place at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva on 7th of May 2016 where last year’s winner Brittany Hazelman crowned Pooja as her successor. Pooja will now represent Fiji at the upcoming Miss World 2016 pageant later this year, Pooja will receive prizes from the sponsors as well . Nanise Raboiliku was crowned as the first runner-up where as Vika Fifita was crowned as the second runner-up. Pooja who performed a semi- classical Indian dance routine bagged the talent sub contest award. Fiji has never won the Miss World title or has cracked the top 10 if the event.

24-year-old Pooja is of Indian origin living in Sydney,Australia where she is an dancer and a actor. Pooja was second runner-up at Miss Face of Beauty 2014 and was suppose to represent Australia at Miss Universal Peace and Humanity 2015 in Dubai last year.
