Iroshka Elvir crowned Miss Universe Honduras 2015
Iroshka Elvir was crowned as Miss Universe Honduras 2015 at the end of the national event that was held on 20th November 2015. The finale was held at the Altara Life Style Center in San Pedro Sula. She will now represent her Honduras in Miss Universe 2015 on 20th December in Las Vegas, USA. Iroshka Elvir battled out 12 other contestants to win the title of Miss Universe Honduras 2015. Iroshka Elvir was crowned by the outgoing queen Gabriela Ordonez, Miss Universe Honduras 2014. The finale comprised of various rounds like Talent, Evening Gown, Swimsuit and Question Answer round.
Iroshka Lindaly Elvir is not a new face to the pageant. She has previously represented Honduras in Miss United Continents. However, she went unplaced. In Miss Universe 2015, she will try her luck again. Honduras has never won the crown of Miss Universe till date. Iroshka’s late selection as the representative might make her rush in the last moment. At the same event, Sirey Moran was crowned as Miss Universe Honduras 2016, Bernadette Sanchez was crowned as Miss Honduras United Continents 2016, Alejandra Alcantara was crowned as Miss Honduras Piel Canela 2016 and Vanessa Villars was adjudged as Miss Honduras Universo Virreina. The runners-up were Roxana Galo, Marbella Reyes, Nelly Nembhard and Keydi Solis.
