Natividad Leiva crowned Miss Earth Chile 2015

Natividad Leiva was crowned Miss Earth Chile 2015 at the end of the national pageant held on 3rd October 2015. This 23-year-old beauty represented Providencia at Miss Earth Chile 2015. By winning this title, she will now competed at Miss Earth 2015 which shall be held later this year in Vienna, Austria. Leiva is a veteran who was 1st runner-up in Miss Universe Chile 2015. She is also familiar with glamour and modelling world in Chile. She succeeded the outgoing queen Catalina Caceres, Miss Earth Chile 2014.

At the same event, La Serena’s Trinidad Rendic was crowned as Miss Earth Air Chile, La Calera’s Cathia Orellana was crowned as Miss Earth Chile Fire and Concepción’s Barbara Zuñiga was crowned as Miss Earth Chile Water. Natividad Leiva defeated 16 other stunning delegates to win the title of Miss Earth Chile 2015. Chile has one Miss Earth crown that Hil Yesenia Hernandez won at Miss Earth 2006. Post 2006, Chile has never won the crown of Miss Earth.

The competition this year looks fierce at Miss Earth 2015, with lot of stunner competing for one title. Recently Estefania Muñozwas chosen as Miss Earth Colombia 2015.  With her stunning looks, she is definitely one of the big favorites at the moment.  Miss Earth Philippines Angelia Ong is also a very strong delegate.  With a lean body and lots of charm, this girl can get a back-to-back for Philippines at Miss Earth this year.  Miss South Sudan Agot Deng Jogaak is one of the strong black delegates this year.  The big favourite for Miss Universe Thailand 2015 who finished as 1st runner-up, Chavika Watrsang will be Thailand’s bet at Miss Earth.  It just seems improbable to keep her out of Top 8!  United States is eyeing their first Miss Earth title this year with a very strong delegate by the name Brittany Ann Payne. Natividad Leiva looks promising though. We feel she could easily crack the Top 16 slot in the contest.
