Meet the 10 stunning Miss Cayman Islands 2016 Contestants vying for the crowns.The Date & Venue of Miss Cayman Island 2016 has not been announced yet. Winner of Miss Cayman Island 2016 will represent the island nation at both Miss World 2016 & Miss Universe 2016. If for any reason the winner can’t compete in any of the two said pageant the runner up goes on to compete.

From 1988 -1990 First Runner Up competed at Miss World Pageant. Tonie Chisholm is the reigning Miss Cayman Islands 2015. She will represent her country at Miss World 2015 in Sanya,China and at Miss Universe 2015. The 10 Contestants are under rigorous training under industry experts.  Schilo Scott and Latrese Haylock had earlier competed in 2015 edition of Miss Cayman Islands.Miss Cayman Island has been held annually since 1977. Cayman Island has never placed at Miss Universe Pageant but has won two Miss Congeniality. In 1980, Dealia Walter won Miss Congeniality in Seoul whereas Maureen Theresa Lewis won Miss Congeniality at Miss Universe 1982 in Lima,Peru. Maureen Theresa Lewis is the only Miss Cayman Island to has placed at Miss World in 1982. Anita Lilly Bush won Continental Queen of Caribbean  at Miss World 1994 in Sun City,South Africa. Cayman Islands returns to Miss World after four years where as it returns to Miss Universe after three years. Miss Cayman Islands 2011 Lindsay Japal went unplaced at Miss World 2011 & Miss Universe 2012. The Ministry of Tourism is the patron of Miss Cayman Islands Pageant. Derri Dacres-Lee is the Chairperson of Miss Cayman Islands  Pageant Committee.
