41 beauties from around the the United Kingdom competed at Miss Earth United Kingdom 2015. The pageant was held at Burlington Hotel in Birmingham. Winners of this pageant will represent all four countries that come under United Kingdom at Miss Earth 2015. 25 year old Filipino Beauty Katrina Kendall won Miss Earth England 2015. 21 Year old Amy Meisak won Miss Earth Scotland 2015.Miss Earth Wales 2015 went to 22 year old Lara Stephen. Miss Earth  Northern Ireland 2015 Dearbhlá Walsh was also present at the finale.

She has organized workshops to promote women in finance and diversity at workplace. She has contributed in a research paper on Green Chemistry for  industrial mining of metals.She loves to cook healthy food, dance & travel the world.

She aspires to be a presenter. Amy had won the Third Runner Up at Miss Earth Scotland 2014 and She had also participated in Miss International Scotland 2014. She won student media award 2014 for her radio pitch for Commonwealth Games. Amy loves photography & enjoys playing few songs on  ukulele.

She has modelled for Oui clothing & has travelled to Cyprus for fashion shows. She loves water sports,photography & like to promote healthy lifestyle.
