Meet 19 stunning Miss Malaysia World 2015 Contestants. The winner of this pageant will represent Malaysia at Miss World 2015 in Sanya, China in December 2015. Initially there were 21 contestants but they were later shortlisted into Top 19. The Miss World Malaysia 2015 Pageant will take place on 29th August 2015.

Dewi Liana Seriestha is the reigning Miss World Malaysia, that is Miss World Malaysia 2014. She went on to win the Talent fast track event at Miss World 2014. Miss Universe Malaysia 1990 and Mrs World Malaysia 2004 Datuk Anna Lim are the Franchise holders for the Malaysian preliminaries to Miss World Pageant.

Malaysia has never won Miss World crown. The highest placement was in 1998 when Lina Teoh Pick Lim won the second runner-up crown in Seychelles. Malaysia has competed forthy six times and has placed seven times. Catherine Loh, the first Malaysian representative, was in Top 15 at Miss World 1963. In 1979, Shirley Chew entered the Top 15. Rahima Orchient Yayah was Top 10 at Miss World 1994. In 1997, Arianna Teoh Lai Poh was in Top 10 and in 1998, Lina Teoh Pick Lim was second runner-up. The stunning Deborah Priya Henry was in Top 16 of Miss World 2007 and the last placement for Malaysia came via Dewi Liana Seriestha in 2014. She won the “Talent Challenger event” with her amazing rendition of Phantom of the Opera.
