Miss United Continents 2015 Contestants: The Third edition of Miss United Continents will take place at the Teatro Eloy Alfaro Civic Center in Guayaquil,Ecuador on 12th September. 48 countries will compete in this pageant. The Pageant was based in Ecuador. Till 2011; the pageant was called “Miss Continente Americano”, where beauties from Americas used to compete for the crown. Then it was changed to Miss United Continents so that contestants from around the world could participate. Dominican Republic’s Geisha Montes is the reigning queen. She will crown her successor at the end of the event. The Pageant will be broadcast live in many countries & will be streamed online for international viewers. First edition of Miss Continente Americano was held in 2006, where Mía Lourdes Taveras López of Dominican Republic won the crown. Carolina Perez Aguirre, Miss Universe Ecuador 2012 won the Miss United Continents 2013 crown.
