Alex Miller wins Miss Oklahoma USA 2015

Alex Miller (Full name: Alexandra Miller) has been crowned as the new Miss Oklahoma USA.  She has won Miss Oklahoma USA 2015 title now that the original winner Olivia Jordan has been crowned as Miss USA 2015.  Alex has her roots in Kansas.  Her parents Pat & Kelley Miller belong to Derby, Kansas.  Alex Miller had won 1st Runner-up position in the pageant originally in the finals that were held at The Riverwind Showplace Theatre in Norman, Oklahoma.  This was her second year of competing.  She finished 2nd in pool of 26 brilliant women who competed in swimsuits, evening gowns and interviews.

Alex Miller was celebrating her 26th birthday on the day Miss USA 2015 was held.  When Olivia Jordan won the title, she was over-joyed because she got the opportunity to step into her role.  She dreamed of being Miss Oklahoma USA 2015 since high school.  Under Miss America Umbrella, she was Miss Cheney Lake, Miss Meadowlark and Miss Wichita.  Then she was Miss Shocker Nation USA and Miss Wichita State USA.  Then she was Miss Oklahoma City USA and finally now Miss Oklahoma USA.

Alex Miller graduated from Wichita State University in 2012 with a Marketing degree.  She is working as a technical recruiter for TEKsystems and is also a professional model.  She likes cooking, travelling, spending time outdoors at her family, weight training and country music concerts.  She loves wearing cowgirl boots!  She loves sports!

Alex Miller will be working closely with Warriors for Ross, the official charity of Vanbros & Associates.  Warriors for Ross help families affected by paediatric cancer.  Alex intends to raise awareness as ambassador of infant crisis services of Oklahoma, which provides formula, food, diapers, etc. to babies in times of crisis.
