Femina Miss India 2015 Second Runner Up :Vartika Singh will represent India at the third Miss Grand International Pageant in Bangkok . When she first participated in Miss Diva 2014, people across the globe were amazed by her mesmerizing beauty but many questioned about her reserved & shy perosona. She did manage to survive the eliminations during Miss Diva 2014 but she could not bag any crown last year. She went back to Lucknow and came back much more polished for Femina Miss India 2015. Vartika became an instant hot favourite as soon as she appeared for the pageant.Vartika is one of the few reigning beauty queens who are active on Social Media(which is a good thing) prior to her pageant begins. Let’s face the truth, Vartika Singh is the frontrunner for the crown of Miss Grand International 2015 & she totally deserves it.
