Miss Earth 2015 Pageant to be held in Austria!
Philippines based Carousel Productions recently announced that the 15th edition of the Miss Earth Pageant will be held in Austria. Vienna, the capital city of Austria, will host the month long event the grand finale will take place on 5th December.
This is the first time that Austria will host a Major International Beauty Pageant & it is the first time that Miss Earth Pageant travels to Europe. This will be the second edition to be organized outside the Phillipines. 100 countires are expected to compete for the coveted crown of Miss Earth; the reigning Miss Earth 2014 is Jamie Herrel of The Phillipines.
The highest placement for Austria at Miss Earth was in 2013 courtesy of Katia Wagner where she won the crown of Miss Earth Air (First Runner Up). Ramon Monzon President of Miss Earth Organization alongside Lorraine Schuck Vice President of Miss Earth Organization signed the memorandum with Miss Earth Austria Franchise owners Sina Schmidwith & Andreas Seidl. Miss Earth Pageant celebrates it’s crystal year and what better place to celebrate this achivement than the beautiful city of Vienna!
