“Personally I think miss universe is a symbol of a woman in prone to celibacy her femininity. And I believe that… (Applause) Thank you… And I believe that if she got pregnant, you are not supposed to end the title. But, as a woman she should celibate her femininity. Thank you” Do we need to say something else to describe her?
That was genius..!! What an answer, nothing could be more real than this for the question “If Miss Universe get pregnant during her reign, should she continue as Miss Universe”. She deserved her fate without a single doubt but she was definitely not the hot favourite for the pageant since she was the winner of MISS BOTSWANA 1997 and went unplaced at Miss World 1997 that year. She came back with strengths and she won Miss Universe 1999. She made it to what her hard work deserved for.

#Weird_fact,Even in the finale night she was going decent, not that extraordinary seeing what a viewer could predict that she is not going to win like in case of Dayana Mendoza, Lara Dutta etc. Mpule finished 5th in interview,4th in swimsuit n 5th in Evening Gown, that was not bad and quite enough to be there in top 5, still not outstanding but she just nailed the final question and made the judges think twice while calculating the winner. She just left no choice for the judges and became the winner of 48th annual MISS UNIVERSE pageant in TRINIDAD and TOBAGO.
