FMI’14: TGPC’s Top 15 in Swimsuit revealed

The swimsuit pics of the contestants of Fbb Femina Miss India are revealed. It would not be wrong if we say that these pictures have been the best photoshoot of swimsuit ever in the history of Femina Miss India. They utilised varied theme and concepts to explore the potentials of the girls. What we liked about this years contest is that non of the girl is having out of proportion body, Most of them are quite good and rest needs little tonning but overall quite a workable batch. One of the strongest after 2006 again. Although, all 25 girls have been stunning in their own way, our expert were allowed to pick ONLY 15 girls so as to create their own reviews. The choice could be subjective in selection but were objective in evaluation as it’s a combined score.

Here we present the top 15 of Miss India 2014 Swimsuit

15) Mansi Grewal

Mansi was expected to deliver better but may be lack of experience didn’t take her full potential out of her. We believe Mansi will be a sureshot Top 10 in the finals and if she keeps shining just like in past activities, she may make it a big in the finals. Her resemblance to Sushmita is interesting and it would also be interesting to see whether she too will triumph like Sushmita did? Score: 8.18/10

14) Malati Chahar

Malati’s shoot didn’t turn up much well, she looked little pale in the shoot. Her beautiful face and drop dead gorgeous background were the only two saving graces here. We did expect Malati to shine in this segment as she also had one of the best body prototype in the contest and Malati is also a very huge favourite to win the crown of Miss India World 2014. At the moment, she is locked into our Top 5, however is at 14ht place in Swimsuit  shoot. Score: 8.2/10

13) Gail D’Silva

What we didn’t like about this photo was that it was too white brushed, which made Gail suffer the loss of spot in our list. Gail’s true spontaneity was lost in Photoshopping the pic. Gail’s pose is  at the par with the likes of Kingfisher models but, again, only Gail is seen and background is lost somewhere. Gail also won Miss Goa last year which got her a direct entry at Miss India finalists and she could manage to place in Top 10 at Miss India 2013.

12) Janatee Hazarika

Janatee Hazarika is the best dusky girl in the pageant. She looks like model and Miss India 2012 Top 5, Sana Khan. Janatee is also one of the dark horse whom people should not under-estimate. She may bounce with a bang, we feel, when it shall be required. Janatee also won Miss North East Diva which gave her a direct entry to the finalist of Miss India. Janatee has got beautiful face, beautiful body and beautiful personality. Overall we would place her in top 10 at the moment, however in this photoshoot we would lock her up at 12 position with the score of 8.45/10

11) Aditi Vats

Aditi is growing on us day by day. She turned out to be a pleasant surprise in this photoshoot. Aditi missed a spot in Top 10 of swimsuit just for the need of 0.001 point. She is tall, she is Actve and She knows what works well with fans and general mass. You should not be surprised if you see her ending up high on the finale night of Miss India. It seems Aditi has learned camera angles as she delivers better than previous pics. We would suggest her to keep continuing this. Score: 8.51/10

10) Jhatleka Malhotra

Jhatleka had one of the best close up shoot photos. She won Miss Photogenic at Miss Diva and we are expecting her to repeat the same. Talking about the Swimsuit shot, Jhatleka has improved a lot after Diva and we could see the improvements. However, the photoshoot didn’t reveal her true facial beauty and we personally feel that photoshop/lighting effects killed the real spontaneous look of her.  However, she is solidly locked into our Top 5 for the crowns as of now. Score: 8.52/10

9) Simran Khandelwal

Simran Khandelwal is a dark horse in the competition. She is not much into the radar of people, but we suggest not to underestimate this girl because she might pull out a Vanya Mishra, Prachi Mishra or Manasi Moghe come finale night. What we love about this girl is her calm look with womanly body. She might fit the bill of Miss International. Score: 8.6/10

8) Medhini Igoor

Medhini is a current leader of People’s Choice Award and was also one of the girls to watch out for. She has got perfect curvaceous body, however the shot wasn’t as great as expected. We wanted to see more from Medhini and we trust she will deliver with a band coming days. Medhini has got runway model look which shall be hit in case she happens to participate in Miss Diva and represent India at Miss Universe. She also has got a very workable body which can be toned to perfection. Hence, right now we put her at 7th place on our list. Score: 8.7/10

7) Yoshiki Sindhar

Yoshiki is a front-runner in the contest and is doing well at People’s Choice Award. We expected her to do even better, but somehow shot wasn’t enough for a spot in Top 5. However, if we solely judge on the basis of Face, Body and personality, we dare not to keep her out of top 3. Her body is curvaceous which is a big hit at Miss World. If she happens to win Miss India, she may get us a top 10 in Beach Beauty round. Score: 8.75/10

6) Ashwati Ramesh

Although her body still needs some proper workout to gain perfect shape, we must say, she has got the most beautiful eyes in the contest. So expressive and mesmerizing that she doesn’t need to speak, it seems she want to say ‘My eyes are way to My soul’. What we also appreciate in this shot is her voluminous hair which are just adding charm to her overall look. She reminds of young yet prettier Priyanka Chopra. Score: 8.85

5) Sanjana Ganesan

This girl surprised us a big time in her swimsuit shot. She has got beautiful Indian looking face,which completely channelized an international standards here in. She has got almost perfect body, a little toning in certain areas will make her unbeatable in this arena. Definitely a girl to watch out. Score: 8.9/10

4) Koyal Rana

Koyal, as usual, captures the hearts of people by her angelic beauty. She comes across as a serene mermaid in this shot. She is for sure locked into the top 5 and may even win one of the Top 3 crowns. Only, if she was not too much white brushed, we would have increased her one notch up, however, she still doesn’t fail to impress us. Score: 9.1/10

3) Aradhana Nayar

If our judgement was just based on the body, Aradhana would have topped. She just has got this killer body and perfect curves. The backdrop is also too good as a theme. If Aradhana keeps on impressing us like this, she might find a place in our Top 3 of Final pick for Miss India 2014 title. However, overall she finds 3rd place in our expert’s choice for swimsuit shoot. Score: 9.63/10.

2) Deepti Sati

Deepti is a pageant veteran. Hence topping in this segment was no big deal for her honestly. On a more positive note, Deepti’s body has improved from the day she was a contestant at Miss Pune 2013. Deepti has got good body, beautiful Indian features’ face and excellent communication skills, that can easily place her in Top 10. Score: 9.65/10

1) Lopamudra Raut

Lopamudra just nailed this one with a huge margin. This biking shoot of her looks like of an expert model from Kingfisher Calender. We won’t be surprised if she is approached by many modelling agencies after seeing this pic. With this Swimsuit shot, she again stepped herself back into the game of Miss India 2014. Score: 9.7/10
