Donald Trump, Co- owner of Miss USA & Miss Universe Organization. announced this year’s Miss USA will take place in Baton Rouge River Center Louisiana on 8th June 2014.
It’s the first time that Louisiana will host Miss USA they had earlier hosted Miss Teen USA in 2005 . At the end of the event Erin Brady Miss USA 2013 will crown her successor. The winner of this pageant represents USA at Miss Universe. Miss USA winner gets a fully furnished apartment in New York for a year & many other amazing scholarships,modelling contracts.
Trump said on TODAY Thursday. “We had about 12 places that were fighting for the rights, and we just decided that’s sort of the home of pageantry, it’s sort of the home of the whole beauty thing. They’re terrific people, and they’re going to put on a great show. Usually we go to Las Vegas as we never fail in Las Vegas. It’s great, but we thought we’d move it.” All the 50 states & District of Columbia will compete for the Miss USA crown. Miss Alabama, Tennessee & Maryland are pre-arrival hot favorites to win the Miss USA crown.
