True to her name, Khushi Singh, an 18-year-old pursuing a BBA LLB in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, finds joy in everything she does. An avid reader, music lover, and binge-watcher, Khushi is all about embracing life’s simple pleasures. Contesting for India’s Miss TGPC Season-12 against 50 other girls from across India and beyond, Khushi is ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and advocacy, all while showcasing the diversity and vibrancy of India.

TGPC: Khushi, what motivated you to participate in India’s Miss TGPC?

Khushi: As a child, I’ve always dreamt of becoming Miss World, and I strongly believe that TGPC is the platform that will help me fulfill that dream. Seeing Nikita Tanwani, Adline Castelino, and many others succeed is a true testament to the power of guidance that TGPC offers.

TGPC: Why do you believe you are deserving of the India’s Miss TGPC title?

Khushi: TGPC has not only shaped the careers of many models but has also fostered a strong sense of community, promoting sisterhood and guiding girls to become better versions of themselves mentally, emotionally, and physically. I want to continue this legacy of “TGPC ki beti” and empower my fellow contestants to become stronger individuals.

TGPC: Looking towards the future, what are your plans, both with and without the crown?

Khushi: Regardless of the outcome, the invaluable learnings I gain here will undoubtedly propel me forward in future pageant endeavors and remain cherished memories throughout my life.

TGPC: Growing up, what would you say was your biggest challenge?

Khushi: My biggest challenge growing up was convincing my parents that modeling is a viable career choice. I had to break the mold of traditional thinking that often pushes middle-class families towards secure and stable professions.

TGPC: Beyond winning, what aspect of India’s Miss TGPC are you most excited about?

Khushi: As I mentioned earlier, I’m fascinated by the sisterhood that pageants cultivate. This will be my first time experiencing it, and that truly excites me about being part of TGPC.

TGPC: As an aspiring winner of India’s Miss TGPC, what legacy do you aspire to leave behind?

Khushi: As an aspiring winner of India’s Miss TGPC, the legacy I strive to leave behind is one of self-challenge and continuous self-improvement.

TGPC: Could you share with us the causes or issues that you are particularly passionate about, and how do you intend to utilize this platform to create an impact?

Khushi: I’m dedicated to two areas: mental health awareness and education for underprivileged children. This title will grant me access to millions of people and the credibility to make a real difference.

TGPC: Is there any message you’d like to convey to those reading this?

Khushi: I have a favorite quote: “Dreams won’t shine, what will shine is you who chases your dreams.” My message to everyone reading this is “​​खुश रहो और अपने सपनों का पीछा करो ” – Be happy and chase your dreams!
